Synapsis Technology offers tailored EMARS support packages and training services to meet the unique needs of our customers. The Software Development and Implementation Service teams work closely with Customer Support to address the support needs of our customers.
Synapsis provides resources and support for the installation, configuration, integration, administration, and usage of EMARS during the initial deployment to production. Additionally, Synapsis offers training covering the usage of EMARS for different roles within the system.
Synapsis also offers web-based support via the Customer Support Center. This website enables customers to report and track support requests at any time. Each customer is provided with a login and password to access the Customer Support Center.
Customer support calls are managed by dedicated engineers to ensure quick response and timely problem resolution. The team is staffed by highly-qualified engineers who have hands-on experience with Synapsis applications.
