Fred Reichenbach, Director, Services

Fred Reichenbach has extensive experience with hands-on management of PLM implementations, as well as a strong background in managing multiple, simultaneous software implementations in various industries.

As director of Services, Mr. Reichenbach provides the direction and leadership for the Services organization at Synapsis which is responsible for implementing EMARS for Synapsis customers.

Mr. Reichenbach's thorough understanding of critical steps involved in implementing software at customer sites proves invaluable in providing quality implementation services to the marketplace.

Prior to joining Synapsis, Mr. Reichenbach worked for PTC where he was responsible for managing numerous implementation teams as a client manager for large PLM application deployments at Fortune 500 companies.

He was responsible for managing all aspects of PTC's project engagements from the project definition - proposal and statement of work, to project execution and delivery. Mr. Reichenbach also led a successful 1,500 user, international deployment for PLM at Mack Trucks, Inc.
